Dear sir/maidam,
my bill cycle date is on 5th of every month on amazon paylater registered mobile num 7992336118 email id aashish040@gmail.com.i made payment on time on 6 august bill amount 5225 but they have charged late fine in next day 625 i paid that also .on 10 august they debited 744 from mu acount and instead of clearing my payment in this month they have blocked my acount and said to pay overall amount 34100 instead of doing emi every month as capital float team said its technical fault from our side and only can resolved if i pay all remaining emis in single payment .was this my fault and they already debited extra afterdoing bill amount on time.please take necessary action regarding this sir.calling number 7903749903 name Aashish kumar
