FRAUD :: Refund has not been processed of 3 of my items, even after 30 days of return. Customer service, even after escalating to the last escalation matrix, has FAILED. Every time i call, they reply with “this will be resolved asap” or “you will get an update in 24-48 hours” and multiple such 24-48 hours has passed without any sort of update. Leave aloan refund.
