Today on 3rd Aug.2023 I received one parcel having Cash on Delivery of rs 799/-.
The product was having Order ID 189214298 and was not ordered by me and the cash was mistakenly paid by family members. The product received was a packet of Multani mitti of approx 250gm and on site it was mentioned that it delivered “Garden Hose Nozzle Spray”
The parcel was delivered by Delhivery courier service person having AWB no.22497265935912.
When I track the awb no. on Delhivery site it shows the parcel was sent from Bilaspur on 31st July 2023 by AEPL.
Then I track the order id on AEPL courier service, there it also shown that the above order id was successfully delivered on 3rd Aug.2023. no other details was mentioned on the AEPL website.
I contacted on the number given on +91 – 22 – 25437440 but it is not in service.
Kindly note the frauds being done to public and investigate the matter.
And also help us to get our money back.
