Dear consumer court myself Manu kumar on 23rd Feb 2022 i had applied for loan from rainbow loan app but I did not get any amount in my bank account usually the period of such app loan for 7 days while this app period was from 23rd Feb to 28th Feb 2022 on 5th March 2022 they called up me and said you have taken a loan for rs 4400.00 and you have to pay rs 8000.00 when I told them that nothing was credited in my account they said sometime by mistakely the account show in app account the amount was disbursed but customer does not get the same so you send your bank statement we will do reconcile with our record i sent the same to them but despite that they said you have to pay rs 8000.00 if you can not pay the said amount pay some other amount as offered by them We will close the loan but when I denied they started me abuse and my family with morphed images when i demand to them for their bank statement and sent me the bank notice.they did not have nothing to show i request to you take strict action against such a fraud app
