HI ,

I have book a connection for independent TV in the months of November 2018 for Rs 2300 from the market for one years of service with the only available pan if theirs. Even though i opted for that as the SD channel Were not good clarity the other companies in the market has even good quality for that. buti have opted for the independent TV service.As the TRAI rule announced things started changing and independent TV becomes the pain for the customers. they evern didnot care of the TRAI guideline that customer who have opted for longer validity plan and paid for it, they have to show the same channel they have promised without being migrated to another plan.But After that things started changing they first close all the HD channel followed by star network channels and later they have a huge problem of screen freezing so it makes the TV watching a Pain.

Later from almost one and half month they have removed all the zee network and colors networl channel. we donot have even sports and any English channels also.. I donot know why the independent TV management does such cheating of customers.its is a real pain from last almost 5 months .. and since 12 june all the services of independent TV us stopped..I want my all money refunded..so please help me on that. i dont want such TV service ever.
