1. i logged a complaint with Vodafone stating change of plan issue with my vodafone number -8800770880.
2. i mentioned about getting a fraud call from vodafone and asking for OTP to change my plan . basically scheme eas given to me that there are extra internet benefits on my existing plan and corporate number .
3. when asked for OTP i refused because i was happy with my connection and benefits provided by corporate number.
4. after disconnecting the call , i i got a messgae stating plan has been activated and benefits was mentioned there.
5. when i checked on voda app z i came to know my number has been upgraded to some redx plan of price -999 .
6. i contacted customer support via call the very same day but no resolution was provided saying i need to contact below corporate id as my query is regarding corporate account.
7. i email the same keeping customer care also on copy to address this issue
8. then i got a reply that my number is changed to 499 plan from 999 redx plan and i i wi be charged 3000 rs for the same ..
9. i enquired back and denying for not paying because it was a fraud n i did not apply for it orginally and why would i pay for ther services i did not use.
10. its been a week i am requesting resolution but they keep on pushing policies n made me a fool
11. i even escalated to appellate team for some help but no luck
12. now i have been charged for 3000 rs extra bill for nothing .

i need serious help here.
