Snap perfumes which is located in Bangalore according to google ..I had placed an order of Rs 3849 then got an email and a message from shiprocket nothing else.. there is no response on customer service. What to do to get my money back.. and after I read the complaints about it and still they haven’t caught by police it’s shocking.. it is giving a sense of guilt.. how people are making money by scamming hard earned money.. please help and aware people about these sites
