Hello,
I am using Airtel Broadband services from last 3 years. I make payments through there airtel mobile app.
Currently I am having issue that they have issued 1 new number on my name and billing me on that new number without my permission. I totally unaware about this, they are also sending me bills on my previous number where I was paying on time. But now when ask them they sent me bills on both 2 connections and told me that I have to pay those bills till then they disconnected my landline and internet connection.
They are totally fraud.
I also have 1 more internet connection in airtel (old connection). I paid bills of that connection just today by mistaken 2 times, I paid 447 & 242 rupees and the bill was just 240.01. At that time they showed me the balance of (-447) because I paid more than double, now at night I just checked my account and they sent me another bill on that same connection of rupees 431.28. Very strange, ridiculous.
I need some help here and need to check any Higher authority in this matter asap.
