Text of Complaint by Ishwarya:

I ordered a dress for an event scheduled on 3rd October through Instagram DM after proper enquiry. I made the payment of ₹6,118 via GPay on 5th September. I clearly informed the seller that I needed the dress before 30th September, and they agreed to this delivery timeline. However, no one contacted me as promised. After several reminders, I finally received a response on 15th September, already 10 days late. On 16th September, they requested my measurements again, even though I had repeatedly reminded them about the 30th September delivery deadline. Until 29th September, there was no further communication from their side. When I followed up again, they responded casually with multiple excuses such as holidays, unit closure, courier agency issues, and tracking errors. As of today, I have neither received the product nor any refund. Additionally, no invoice or proof of purchase was provided even after full advance payment.
