I had ordered a product from flat shop on 12th of October and it was delivered on 27th of October. the product was different from what I ordered .it was a different and used shoes. I tried to exchange it from the app but there is no response from flat shop apo.I tried to contact them on there customer care number but the call is usually switch off or not pick by them. they don’t respond on WhatsApp and Instagram after sometime. Still I am trying to contact them.
