Respected sir / madam
I am Harmanjot singh from Ludhiana city, punjab state
On may 16 June 2020 i got a call and whatsapp message from a company called ‘ DFX ENTERPRISE ’ offering
“ online captcha copying part time work in our mobile phone.. They said 700 words workload they will provide for 7 days and i have to complete it with 90% accuracy.
They said that after
After i accepted to work they ask me to send my photo and aadhar card details. Then they sent me a link through email.
When i click the link that i got a mail that i have signed an agreement (Which i’m not aware of it) saying that if i failed to submit my work within 7 days i have to pay penalty..
I was shocked by this mail..
I refused to continue with it through their whatsapp account and send mail to them to cancel all the things with in 1 hour on ( help4forms@gmail.com) . After that i didn’t received any message from them.
I came to know this is a fraud company.. Now they sended me a notice after few days to pay penalty as per the fake agreement whick i was not aware..
They also said they have filed case against me in court. If i want to settle the discourt call at 7265862661. When i. Called they asked me to pay the dues ie registration fee.

Even i had refused to work when i recived the fake agreement. Now they are sending me messages again and again.

I request you to please cancel that agreement and registration and to take strict action on them..and today only I got call from advocate and his number is still active 7265862661 and he send me the payment details to do Rs4700 payment and he will close the case and give me NOC  , but I did not did the payment and now I search about company it has done fraud with many peoples and now I am fed up with all things. I am from middle class family and don’t having money to pay this fraud company.
