Online ordered 2 dresses worth Rs 1000 on Clothesmart. Order was given in first week of January and Payment is done by Paytm app. Follow up mails also done on the ID given for Customer Support – clothesmart.in98@gmail.com but no response rcvd as on Date.
Kindly look into the matter as this is purely misguiding and looting customer of money by showing discount taking payment and not responding later.
