- I have purchased bean bag from the website named Live cozy; the got the website link through Instagram. I have made the payment for the order and received a text message saying thank you for your order…… And a order tracking link was provided in it. Link worked for 3 – 4 days after I ordered and on the 5th day it was not working. I had contacted them through email on the day of purchase was made because I wanted to change the colour of the product but the mail bounced back. I have no way to contact them now. So I want to file a case against them.
