Text of Complaint by Sarika:

I had ordered two sarees from bluelady.in on 20th December 2018 and received them on 24th December 2018. I paid 1185 for that. Sarees I received are very old and cheap. They are  completely different from ordered sarees. I filled return and refund form in the website. They just sent a text saying refund will initiate within 10 working days. But no mention about return process. Contacts and email ids given in website are fake. No way to contact them.

    My Complaint Description:
    I had ordered from kurtinx.com order no. 6935 embroidered kurti,which was a stitched embroidered kaftan sleeves kurti as shown in their website. I had received the order which was completely different from the product i had ordered, the product received is unstiched and very bad quality .. I have mailed them but have not received any response from them. I called them that’s also switched off .I want you take strong action against such fake online companies
