I have done an online shoping from shopify store ( fabindia.live) on 8th june 2023, and my order is not yet delivered,
When trying to contact the store the website is not available and the mail ids given are found genuine, and not replying for the mails i send.
Order was for an amount of 717 indian rupees and payed the amount through payumoney in google pay
The amount is deducted from my bank and not getting any order related updates to me after placing thee order
Please help me get my money refund.
I am finding that shopify app stores are not genuine and no full details about the stor or orders placed can be found after placing the orders.
Attaching the only mail i got from my store after placing the order and not got any other details about my order .
Please do take action against such fraud stores and app and help me getting my refund of rupees 717.
Hoping the complaint registered will take into account and do further needs
