My name is Sushmita. I am from Haveri,Karnataka. On 10 May 2021, an advertisement fromkids-care.in had flashed on my Instagram timeline on which 2 dressess and I ordered it online and made the payment of Rs 298/-. After success payment, I received a msg from number 57575702 that the order has been successfully placed and that I will receive an sms when the courier is shipped. After that I tried to track the order number #1601, but there is not tracking system in the website, neither there is any contact number on the website. This is a fraud ecommerce website and is looting the public. I need to file a complaint against this company and would request to help me in getting back my paid amount of Rs 298/-.
