Respected Sir,
My name is Magudeshwaran. I am from Ooty, Tamilnadu. On 06-Apr-2021, an advertisement from Kidswing.in had flashed on my Facebook on which Kids wear and I ordered it online and made the payment of Rs 199/-. After success payment, I received a msg from number 57575702 that the “Hi Magudeshwaran, thanks for your purchase of Rs. 199.00 from Kids Wing Store! We’ll notify you when it ships. View order (#1860): kidswing.in/55730405537/orders/30677b4cd44d208ea7f001a0739b205f/authenticate?key=772dbf163ac5fa6f6806301a9b44aad1 Text STOP to unsub.” After that I tried to track the order number #1860, but there is no tracking system in the website, neither there is any contact number on he website. This is a fraud ecommerce website and is looting the public. I need to file a complaint against this company and would request to help me in getting back my paid amount of Rs 199/-.
