I have ordered one smartwatch and 3 sets of shirts on 1st March 2020 with COD and the executive called me after 3 days on 04 March 2020 and said that with COD we only deliver 1 item i.e. 3 sets of shirts (I opted) so if you want other products then order again.

Today (07-March-2020), I received the package which was very poor in quality (as showing on the website) and also size is very small for me (I have ordered XXL).

I received a call from mobile number (07291950609) for confirming an order on 04 March 2020 where an incoming call block and number (8447215464) mentioned in the package for Customer care coming offline.

Please banned and stop this kind of business Online which is running online and making fools to people’s.

Also, ban the courier partners who are supporting them to cheat peoples without verifying the credibility and loyalty of such online portals. (like Ekart Logistics/Xpressbees, etc) OR Logistics have to check whether any fraud using their names.

This fraud portal is hosted and running shopify.com.

Also found different complaints about this fraud where they using the different name of an online portal like thestyleguru, etc. and also they mentioned rules like for refund and replacement where we have to dispatch package.

Please help all of us and prevent this type of fraud by which any other people would not be affected.
