Sir, I applied a online personal loan 5-02-21 Aditya birla capital.After next day a person called me that he was a customer service representative of Aditya birla capital and he told me to send him my documents like aadhar card,pan card,bank passbook and one copy passport photo by sending his what’s app no.So I send my documents to his what’s app no.After few hours he send me a approval letter from Aditya birla capital.and he told me pay a processing fee of2500 rs by online payment.So I pay 2500 rs through upi transfer by Aditya birla capital ltd bank account which mentioned that approval letter.I pay 2500rs but loan amount could not credited my bank account.Then I called customer care of Aditya birla capital ltd to complaint about loan, customer care executive told me that the person is a fraud who called me my mobile number.
Sir I lost my money 2500.rs.So Please take action this fake caller for using Aditya birla company name on behalf of Aditya birla capital.
