I have taken a loan from Rufilo App on Feb 2022. Due to COVID measures I have some financial issue, So that I unable to pay the amount on time. I requested rufilo to understand my current situation but they didn’t co-operate with me, they continuously call to my phone contacts and send a vulgar message to my contact which contains my name photo ID proofs etc. I filed a complaint at my nearest police station and cyber cell. Police told me that these loan apps are totally fake. there is no need to repay the loan. So I didn’t pay the amount till the date as per instructions of cyber crime department. Six months passed one recovery agent visited my home and continuously harrase me through phone call. So please take a necessary step to save me from this online loan App scam.

I requested rufilo to understand my current situation but they didn’t co-operate with me, they continuously call and msg. So I didn’t pay the amount till the date. Six months passed one recovery agent called me he is told me all payment one day clear amount. So please take a necessary step to save me from this online loan App scam.
