I had ordered a bed for Rs. 39,599 and hydraulic bed storage system for Rs. 8799 from insaraf.com on the 14th of July, 2021.
I was told that my product will be shipped by 10TH August 2021. However, the product was not shipped on the stated time. When we reached out to the insaraf customer executive they told us the product will be delivered by 19th August, 2021.
Even on 19th August the product was not shipped. We again reached out to the customer executive and was given multiple dates of shipment since then (4th Sept, 2021, then 7th Sept 2021, then 10th Sept, 2021, then 25th Sept, 2021) and false promises that the product will be delivered. It is now 13th September, 2021 and our product is still not shipped.
We asked to cancel our order and was told to email the insaraf email ID- support@insaraf.com. However, we never received any response over email either. And we keep getting new dates and fake promises on call every time. It is mentally frustrating to keep on calling them and emailing them and keep on waiting for our bed. We have been sleeping on the floor since months now as we were waiting for this bed to arrive. We could not order our bed from anywhere else as we thought they will deliver on the promised date. Its been two months now. And I don’t think they plan to deliver our product. They have simply taken our money.
We just want our refund. They neither deny the order, nor do they cancel it and nor do they deliver it.
Please help.
