  1. The fraudsters are much active in Eastern India to siphon off public money from their respective Bank’s account , not only through Savings Bank Account but also from Fixed Deposit Account . Within twinkling of an eye the fraudsters are taking away/ snatching away the public money even by discounting their Fixed Deposit account prematurely without sending any OTP in spite of having the Fixed Deposit Certificate in customer’s possession. Recently two such incidents happened within a short period of time one from State Bank of India , Nodakhali Branch , South 24 pargah and second from Bandhan Bank , Bagnan Branch Howrah. In both the two cases customers lost eight lacks and one lack rupees from their term deposit Account and also from their savings bank account respectively . Recent surge of forgery in various Bank creates agony among publics, they are of the view that if the Bank Authority failed to protect their hard earned money from their custody, they will take the law in their own hand by creating vandalism and also by using random corporal punishment . Digital system in monetary field is good provided it is well protected else you good by the system and implement the manual system . In india fraud and forgery are in large scale therefore, utmost precaution must be taken from Bank Authority as well as from Government’s side :-[–“Yono App” in SBI is a Boon or a Bane ? “————————————————–This has reference to Registration No.DARPG/E/2021/36727. As regards the Bank’s fraud , it is not clear to me how do the fraudsters get entry in your confidential YONO App for stealing the secrecy of the customers details to handle their various account balances . How does the Bank Authority give protection to their customers had a parallel technological devices been run by fraudsters? Don’t try to hush up the bank forgery case .All evil efforts must be nipped into the bud else may you also fall into their trap when you will be out of your chair. Please help us to find out the culprit . In the instant case OTP had been sent to customer and in turn customer responded it . How is it possible– is not comprehensible to me . From which phone number the message was sent to customer and who is the person belongs to the phone number? We are receiving so many complaints of fraud and forgery especially being originated from different banks of State Bank of India which is in contravene in bank’s’ law.
    The matter has been referred to Prime Minister’s office for CBI investigation. As soon as we will receive the permission we , along with our Department will start our action , You will not be spared /escaped .Banking OMBUDSMAN is not the last resort to convey their verdict. Everything will be settled in Calcutta High Court, The fraudsters are very active in State Bank Of India It seems to us that most of the bank Officials have some complicity with fraudsters for which they are dare to deceive people. The Authority of the State Bank of India out of their Hob-nod with fraudsters most often change their modus operandi to deceive the people convincing them as bona fide person in the disguise of a conman .
    (Recently The State bank, Authority opened a fictitious App in the name of “YONO App’’ in their package and linked it with All types of Term Deposits including Savings Account in the name of better service to the customers which indicates that the customers without going to the office of state bank India operate their account from home . The most of the customers being induced by their action open various Accounts linked with the above App. After completing all the formalities, the authority of State Bank of India make contact with fraudsters , and the later in turn make a thorough search of the accounts in their computer having sufficient balance and by using their fraudulent activity they change the mother Branch of the Account with the help of the Bank Officials ( especially the various sorts of Term Deposits having sufficient balance) for pre-mature discount . The persons who are involved in such activity are so shrewd that during the course of their activity they send message to the customers in their mobile . The customers on good faith do all the work as per their instructions. When the customers come to Bank Branch to know the fate of their deposits, they wondered having heard that they fall in to the trap of fraudsters.
    My question is that , how Did the Fraudsters come to know about the detail particulars of the term deposit of the customers along with phone number ? How did they get entry in YONO App ? It would not be possible for them had it not been supplied to them by bank officials or staff.
    We do think the money so earned in deceiving the public goes to the hands of Terrorist for which The Chairman , Managing Director and all the Managers from Senior Managers Grade Scale III to top Executive Grade Scale Vii are involved .
    Please make an Elgar Investigation against the above and if it is found they are guilty ,please sack them by spanking on their buttock

    With covid-19 disrupting in-branch banking, banks’ apps have seen a surge in new users. The State Bank of India’s (SBI) Yono app has reportedly been adding 70,000 new users every day. SBI chairman Rajnish Kumar told Mint earlier in September that the number of registered Yono users has hit 27 million at present against 20 million on 5 March. As more and more first-time app users come on board, the chances of fraud also climb. Here are a few things that new users should keep in mind to avoid being defrauded. The first step is to download the app safely. “Not all apps on Play Store or App Store are legitimate. Before downloading any app, go through reviews and do research on the developer. Register for SMS banking so that you get updates on banking transactions. This helps report fraudulent transactions quickly,” said C.S. Sudheer, founder and CEO of IamCheated.com, a site that addresses consumer complaints for online fraud.
    SBI based fraudsters are more active in fraudulent work and almost all the fraud and forgery in various banks in India are being performed by these natorious people because of some lacuneau in TCS package for which fraudsters get entry to perform their work..In order to avoid the activities of the miscreants as more and more times the Bank Authority updated their package , the miscreants frequently changed their modus- operandi . It is India where fraudsters continuously siphone off public money from their respective account .In foreign countries such type of fraud and forgery has not been heard so far from any one’s account because of their tough package. In this situation I request you to ask our Bank Authoritity to talk with the Authority of foreign Bankers and implement their running packge in different Indian Bank to safeguard the public money.
