Hi, There is fraud happened to my zest account someone ordered a loan of Rs.49900 and purchased a product on reliance digital and paid from my zest account i have reported this to zest but till now no proper response i also informed to connect with merchant and cancel the product but they had given me a time of 24 to 48 hrs i have complaint on 23rd aug 22 but till now no response also they have not canceled the loan also not connect with merchant to cancel the loan and product too as this is reported as fraud, i will not pay any emi for this loan and if my cibil hits i will definitely file a case.
