I’m Zartab Alam , and i get messages from online company called ANBPROJECTION . AND i get the work from them which called Form filling .. they give me 550 form to complete that work .during my work period i saw that my project submission date written like thi(05/06/20212) so, i think the date was 5th of june then i msg to the person who give me the project and i tell her (project 5 june ko submit karna h and she say yes then mai fir pucha 5 june se pahle kabhi kar sakte h and then she say yes kabhi kar sakte h). Then after 48hrs , i open website to work then there is no work and a message written you QC send and your submission is failed and then today they sent me the 1st warning message by time 10 : 09 am that said ”

I’m Dipanjan Paul , and i get messages from online company called ANBPROJECTION . AND i get the work from them which called Form filling .. they give me 5 days to complete that work . As they said i completed their work and submit the work by time 10:45 am where my work deadline time was 12:54 pm … So i done my work by time 10:45 am and i submitted the workload . Then after 48hrs , after QC check they said your QC check is failed (326 forms are in correct ) and then today they sent me the 1st warning message by time 10 : 09 am that said ”

We are advising you to pay the charges of the portal which you have used intentionally and failed to deliver the output which was required in the contract.
Now we can proceed legally as per the sec 72 under Indian contract act 1872,
Kindly clear the dues towards our clients in the below account details and resolve this matter at the earliest to avoid law suit.
Now, as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the legal agreement you are supposed to pay the charges of Rs 6000+GST applicable as soon as possible.
This will be your final opportunity to resolve the matter without the expense of court proceedings.
If you fail to clear the matter then the company may take legal actions against you.
For the same, we will be serving you the legal notice to your postal address against which you have to revert legally.
And we do have your Aadhar card & Pan Card details with us so, we can deteriorate your CIBIL rating as well in course of non-submission of your penalty amount.
You can find lots of issues with your banking procedures also then. As soon as you will pay the amount you will get NOC (No objection certificate) from our company.
