An order was placed on the website phoenix merch of ashes on 7th June, 2021 all details such as order no. was received. however even after a period of 10 days no details regarding dispatch was received and hence the order was cancelled. But however inspite of the website showing a refund policy of 10 days n refund has been received. the order details and amount has been attached for reference.
