Dear sir,
I have ordered i kg cahew nut and 1 kg Badam on line and paid Rs.798.00 on line on 12 october 2021. I havHie received an sms I quote ” Hi vskurup, thanks for your purchase of Rs.798.00 from special nuts mart! we will notify when it ships. View order (#2151). https://special-nuts-mart.myshopify.com/55088382185/orders/e8f20ae05f82765808aaf3e71497e5c3/authentication?key=227132aa58432de02248a3b0d29f63fc” unquote. this link was available for 2 to 3 days now if we click the link it is showing this store is un available. I have made the payment through Razor pay(net banking), i have sent 3 mails to them at specialmart.help@gmail.com. even I have got a a mail from Razor pay saying payment successful, payment id pay_18TNjpUZDvtEHC and paid successfully to Priya Enterprise. it seems this is a fraud and not getting any reply or ordered item. Can you please help
