Text of Complaint by Ravindra kumar:

It is to bring to your attention a recent incident of credit card fraud that occurred with my credit card account number 4412859867187455 on 18.01.23. A total four transaction 4950 each total of Rs. 19800/- was fraudulently transaction to Flipkart payments Bangalore on my credit card account without my knowledge and consent. I immediately contacted the customer service helpline and lodged a complaint regarding the fraudulent activity. I was informed that an investigation would be initiated to resolve the matter and also, they assured me that they were looking into the matter.
I have also lodged a complaint on cyber-crime portal vide Acknowledgement Number 20501230001803 dated 18.1.23. for investigation to find out the accused of credit card fraud so that appropriate action can be taken to recover the fraud amount and prevent such incidents from happening in the future
I am writing to request your help in investigating and resolving this issue. I would like to request to direct Bank forwaive off the fraud amount of Rs. 19800/- from my credit card account, as I am not responsible for the fraudulent charges made on my card.
I would like to emphasize that I have been a responsible credit card holder, diligently adhering to the terms and conditions of the card agreement. The fraudulent transactions were beyond my control, and I promptly reported them to the authorities as soon as I became aware.
I humbly request your support and understanding in waiving the fraudulent amount on my credit card account.
