We saw an asvertisement on facebook about women clothings. Clicked that add landed on a page then done a purchase of worth Rs. 868. It was a COD order. (NL4547508 confirmed )Their Email Id is ‘ [email protected] ” a Shopify store website. We received order at our doorstep Courier partner was “Delhivery logistics”. Done UPI payment to Delhivery boy. When Opened the package Item was totally diffrent & was torned piece of cloth. Now that website is not live, seems they have removed that page. This company is a fraud & we are not able to return it as website is not available now. We are the victm of online fraud. Moreover on package there is no Return Address or contact no. not even a GST no. mentioned on shipping label. Now question is How Delhivery Logistics is delivering & taking packages from vendor/seller if they are not mentioning their detail on shipping label. We want our money back. Its a Online Fraud.
