Dear Sir/Mam,
On 20th November 2023 early morning my Mobikwik account got hacked and scammed for Rs. 37000, which was used against a credit card payment from mobikwik zip wallet (pay later).
I also raised a complaint at mobikwik, they are taking hands off saying they can’t do anything and asked me to complain at Cyber cell. I did so, but the mobikwik team is not responding to my mails any more.
They denied any refund.
And now the ZIP bill has been generated and they demanding it to pay by 5th November 2023. I have not use this money it’s fraud.
How I suppose to pay such big amount.
Please help me with this matter and do the needful.
