went to Radisson Hotel Paschim Vihar as invited by Grand Vivanta Sales Team. Team told me to buy package of 4N/5D for 25 days. At the time, they said I can book in Hyatt, Radisson etc. for no extra cost. They asked for 40,000 for 3 years offer package with AMC charges for 7000 per year. Plus, they made no cost EMI using my credit card, but I have been levied interest of around 7000 on my credit card for two years tenure. At the time of sales, they promised I can cancel anytime but will be charged 32 % as administration charges if no tour packing booking availed, if tour is booked charges of tour will be deducted from membership amount and rest will be refunded. Now, neither I am getting any interest charges reversal or membership cancellation refund. Website of company: – https://grandvivanta.com/
