Description of the Incident:
On 1st September 2025, I placed trust in Meesho’s delivery process via its partner Valmo.
Since I was not physically at home during the delivery attempt, the delivery agent called me. He requested the OTP for confirming delivery, and I shared it in good faith because my parents were present at home to receive the package.
Shockingly, after receiving the OTP, the delivery agent never came to my home to hand over the parcel. Despite this, I soon received a message notification that the order had been “Delivered”.
The reality is: we never received the product. Neither I nor my parents saw the delivery agent at our home.

Steps Taken After Incident:
1. I immediately contacted Meesho Customer Care through their app and helpline, raised the complaint multiple times, and provided all details.
2. Despite repeated follow-ups, no refund or resolution has been given by Meesho.
3. The delivery partner Valmo’s negligence (or deliberate fraud) remains unaddressed.

Why This is Serious:
The delivery agent misused the OTP system—this is a breach of trust and security.
This is not just poor service, but fraudulent behavior—amounting to cheating.
It caused me financial loss, stress, and harassment.
Both Meesho and Valmo are responsible for failing to ensure a fair delivery.

My Demands:
1. Immediate investigation into this fraudulent delivery by Valmo.
2. Strict action against the delivery agent (phone no. 08145898828).
3. A full refund of the amount paid OR re-delivery of the product.
