Sir I have purchased a laptop on 8th May 2023 and got delivered on 10th may 2023 after opening the laptop it doesn’t turn on, So I requested for replacement and they have given a date after 20 days of replacement, so I contacted the customer care and they told to contact brand customer care for service as I contacted them they told laptop was old and the date of purchase is 9th of March, so I have not satisfied with the service provided by Flipkart and want replacementor refund as the laptop is old….
