I have never subscribed to any value added services and I have received a message on 16/5/2021 amd 19/5/2021 that says “Thank you for choosing to access to Handset Inbuilt Games, You have been charged Rs. 25. “, and was charged Rs. 5 from Handset Inbuilt Games on 6/9/2021, received a message from Bigwin Battlefield Games on 13/8/2021 and 20/9/2021, saying,”Thank you for choosing to access to Bigwin Battlefield Games, You have been charged Rs.49.″ and one message from Sports Pack saying,”Thank you for choosing to access Sports Pack, You have been charged Rs. 15.” Seriously I do not know how to react and what would be the end for this. If this will happen again, I will do a police complaint against the company for charging like this to their customers. And for this I’m not joking. The company should take note of this if they really care of their customers.
Even I saw the similar complaints by many VI customers.
