Text of Complaint by Yash Paul Bhardwaj:

Having booked 2 deluxe rooms last night i.e. 27th August, 2021 via Goibibo between 11 and 11:45 p.m. for 28th August and checkout the next day, I have been deceived by Raddison in Zirakpur on the account of non confirmation despite of my advance payment of sum Rs. 12,285 to goibibo. The hotel claims that voucher carries no PNR No. on voucher and refuses to speak with goibibo. Furthermore, they mention the booking by the name of same person and my daughter had a word with one of their staff member right in the morning (Mr. Abhishek) for personalised decoration on the account of birthday and they confirmed the same.
Goibibo Senior Executive Mr. Sachin Kumar instead of helping just twisted the matter all around, further said that compensation would be made in around 3 to 4 days, further fooling and offering a property at a lower rate and low star. Moreover, the manager refused to provide a note of non confirmation of booking denying to do anything which is ridiculous on the part of the entire management
