We got tricked by a person in Gangtok. He took us to the place where 2 persons named Sujit Kumar (9971221562) and Masoom Ali (9771963126) gave the presentation about holiday packaging of 6N7D annually in 5 star hotels and pressurized us to take the membership.
We got to know about this fraud when we told them to book the hotel in Mumbai in September. They asked us to pay the maintenance charges of 12k only the. They make the booking. When we told them why we would pay you more when we have already paid 1.75 lacs and we didn’t even took the single booking. After 3-4days argument they shared the booking details in a 2star hotel. We refused to took the booking and asked them to refund our money. They started saying this is non refundable. What should I do now. Due to this I’m getting in dipression day by day. Please take appropriate action action them and help us in getting the money back.
