Text of Complaint by Ann Elizabeth Beddis:

I recently tried to change my mortgage but it shows on my credit score that owe Vodafone over 700 pounds. I dont have and never had a contract with Vodafone. Some years ago my sister who i no longer talk to used my details to obtain a phone and used my bank details to pay however once I discovered what she had done I sent a letter to vodafone to tell them and I also stopped the payments. I have not spoken to my sister since. I have made numerous complaints to Vodafone who dispute the fraud. Fraud can and was committed by someone purporting to be me and obtaining a phone by deception and then taking payments illegally from my account. Due to the poor credit score my mortgage payments have doubled. I have never not paid bills and always a good creditor. I am now suffering with increased mental health issues and feel more and more depressed due to Vodafone not listening and accepting my complaint and removing the debt showing on my credit score.
