I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger jacket from Ajio in november 2021. When the order got delivered, I found that they sent a Puma jacket of wrong size with the correct Tommy tag to me. I was shocked but simply placed a return request thinking it’s a mistake by them. I clearly wrote the reason for return and attached relevant images. They collected the return but asked for a few days to do quality check. After 7-8 days, Ajio rejected my return and accused me of returning a non-Ajio product. I was shocked and contacted their customer service. They assured me that issue will be solved. But no action was taken. I have called them more than 10 times, sent a lot of mails but there is no resolution. All they do is ask for 48 hours and the close the complain without informing me. I do not know what to do but the jacket was of 4000 rupees which I would want back.
