I ordered two men shorts and that company doesnt provide any information to contact

I ordered a SHORTS on 3rd July and paid from my Paytm wallet( via C C Avenue) but item not yet delivered.
Raise a complaint on RAZORPAY site, or any other payment gateway like CCAVENUE.
Mention your order number and razorpay payment ID.
I have got my refund from RAZORPAY so am suggesting to all.
