I order the gift from my flower app on feb 14th. Order was not deliver. Then I contacted them. So on email they said we can only initiate refund in their wallet. After long argument. They initiated the refund into my original mode of payment. They happened around 14/2/23. Today is 9/3/23..I have nor yet recived refund. I am.calling them, but they are not answering nor responding to my emails. This is totally fraud. Dont every use their service unless you have hell lot of money to waste.
