My Account Number is 8795001484
My Flipkart account got fraud on the 3rd of March morning at 5:38 am someone hacked my account and booked Apple coupon codes. 15000 rs deducted from my Kotak credit card. I was sleeping at that time. As I checked my mobile. So I got a lot of OTP. Then at the same time, I contacted Flipkart customer care. Where I got the information that your Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card has been a transaction. I got my credit card closed. Got an update from my bank’s side. Yes, there can be a payment decline from your merchant’s side. pleses refund my 15000 amount. You and I also complained about cybercrime, from 3rd March to 22nd March. Till now no one has called me from Flipkart nor talked about my complaint, I have called Flipkart customer care multiple times and talked to multiple agents and supervisors. But no resolution was found from anyone’s side. Is. I am very upset. My Flipkart account has been blocked. I have 2 Emi running in my account. pleses unblock my Flipkart. and refund my 15000rs amount
