Dear Sir/Madam
I have online booked a logistic service by th company name Aspiration Migration Packers And Movers owned by Sameer contact no. 8355903608 GST : 27HKWPS4418F1ZF PAN : HKWPS4418F Transport Reg : 820189557. (as mentioned on invoice) for the day 30/03/22 from mumbai to Kanpur. Before booking I just enquired the quotation n they quoted me 12500/- for all my house hold electronic items for which other company quoted 18000/- with some extra items including. After knowing the other company quotation he said that for the same numbers of item I have quoted you 12500. So I finalised him asked him to come and check the goods before so that no mess happens later but h said it’s ok madam you told me and that’s enough for me. Then later next day his team came late for packaging. After few hours of working they loaded all the stuff and few items which was left for packaging they told we will do at our office since we are getting late n we will get traffic n also we are out of package wrapping n all so we said ok n after loading all items they didn’t informed us and just left. After that I started calling saneer for the bill. But after so many call he send me bill of amt 24780/- at around 11pm saying you have send extra items so now you will have to pay extra. We told him yes the boxes are extra but not in double number. We tried to convince him for 20000/- for which h agreed also.Before it was a deal that I will have to pay 50% before n 50% after delivery. As committed we paid him 10000 that is 50% of the total amt through upi and right afte the payment suddenly h changed his attitude, he started abusing and threatening us that if we don’t pay him full he will put fire on our stuff and will also kill us. We were so terrified, we went to the police station to file complaint, a police man talked to him through our phone and asked us to go and pick your stuff from there where house which was located quite far (somewhere out of the city). We asked him that he is threatening us plz help us we have already paid him and if we go aloan he can do anything but the police man didn’t file complaint and asked us to first go and get your stuff. Then I asked some of the local person they asked us to wait for 2/3 days if you don’t get your stuff then contact police again. Since we didn’t had any choice,we waited. After 6 days w got our stuff delivered but in a very bad shape. We had 39 boxes out of which 1 box was missing which had our 52inch led tv, and most of the boxes were damaged including our stuff. When we asked the delivery person he said that we have got only 38 boxes only so we don’t agree to sign pod. So they make us talk to their senior n the senior who said that I will check and confirm later he took a conference call with Sameer also and as usual he again said I will not give, do whatever. So we didn’t sign pod n now what we see is that delivery is showing completed in their tracker. When I googled about this company I found complain against this company and now the same fraud people have started another company with another name Woodland logistics. And again started working with Delhivary.com and delhiver allowe such fraud people to work with them without knowing the background. This fraud man name is Sameer contact number 8355903603. Now the invoice that I have received in Kanpur is an amt of 49000/- may be if I had signed he would have asked me for more money for my 1.5 lac tv. He is clearly a fraud. Even the delivery.com is not supporting us. May be they have a tie up with these goons for making fraud. When his one company is caught in fraud he starts another without wasting time with another name. He don’t even scared of police also
Raza ji all materials deliverd in safe condition at door step .also t.v delivered in safe condition with wooden creating.not charge such amount deliver for this item.also 50% transportation amount to him.but demanding 50000 Rs extra for this case closing.raza ji with before deal all term and condition clear .but he not accept this condition .also doing blackmailing .all thing are post in social media.consumer forum also support mrs raza ji . please ignore this case and review . please support my company against this case.my company giving full effort my customer.all types facilities available in my company.raza ji all materials deliverd at your door step .it’s humble request to consumer forum . please delete this case from my site.

Allready resolve all problem to the customer but he demanded extra amount for this case deleting your site kindly remove this case from your site .it very helpfull me.
Yes this a fraud company, I used their services for transporting my TV and Microwave, the TV has mild damage, but the microwave is completely shattered, and while asking for money they said everything is insured but after receiving damaged product they’re saying the insurance was only for lost item. Total fraud, scam and they’re a bunch of theives.

Same thing with me. There Sundar Singh was so abusive that i had to do police companint. Finally they removed him. But the materail whcih was suppose to be DOOr to Door was left in parking after 25 days of giving them booking.
Later they have stopped answering calls. Roshan and ravi no call are been replied.

Aspiration Migration is a fraud company. They along with people from Woodland Packers and Movers make people fool. I Sincerely urge all to go with proper genuine packers & Movers. Aspiration Migration basically is a nexus of around 4-5 people who do it without any fear of law (Main person Sameer Khan 8355903608, his manager Ajit Singh, Insurance- Anuj Singh 9594091384, Packaging- Amit Chaurasia 8767362022) I have had very bad experience with them in Apr-22. They always follow a trend in goods transportation:
1. Won’t visit your place for goods inspection and giving quotation.
2. They will quote very less price by just discussion over call. They clarify that GST is never charged for such services.
3. They send third party people to do packaging and get it shipped to their office. They ask you to pay advance of 50% which you pay.
4. After sometime, you get a call saying that you have to pay more amount and GST otherwise your stuffs will be thrown. You have to clear complete payment and then only they will confirm that the goods will be shipped.
5. You pay entire amount. Then they handover goods to Delhivery people.
6. You get goods at your place in damaged condition.
