I downloaded the app Just Dial for my statup business promotion. They ask payment method for promotion, monthly or yearly. I have choosen monthly pack 499. But now i checked it deducted 12000 rs. And there is no mail or any updates about payment. I have message and bank record of deductions. I called many time to just dial complaints office but they that not responding anything. I am middle class family person. I dont make too much money. Please help me out.
