I had not chose/Requested any services from VZ-ViCMS and a text message came that you have been charged Rs.15 for choosing to access VIDEO and the same next day another message arrived you have been charged Rs.20 for choosing to access FUN PORTAL …how this is possible why my phone balance is deducting …?

Please help and tell me that how you have charged these money without giving any services …!
