Respected Sir/Ma’m,

This is a Grievance filed against the matrimony company SHAADI.COM and the below mentioned  persons who claimed themselves to be the company employee, namely

1. Mrs. ANSARI(name as reported to us) Mobile no: 9834055487 & 7507792346
2. Mr. KRISHNA (name as reported to us) Mobile no. 8657954959 

MRS. ANSARI contacted MS. DIVYA MISHRA D/O AKHILESHWAR MISHRA 9007887829 (SHAADI.com Membership ID :SH07366002) and discussed a plan Select Shaadi Membership, in which she made commitment for the below mentioned exclusive service  that shall be offered on being a Select Shaadi Member and asked us to be a member by paying fee of Rs.13000/-(Thirteen Thousand):

1. A Dedicated Select Service Advisor to assist you in your partner search
2. The advisor would be available for 5 days a week
3. 4 Handpicked Matches from amongst Shaadi.com and Select Shaadi Members each week.
4. Introductions to matches where there is a mutual interest
5. Weekly discussion over phone and email to find the right match
6. Send unlimited Messages
7. Introductions & Meetings
8. View 75 Contact Numbers
9. Handpicked Matches and All Premium Benefits
10. She (Mrs. Ansari) will interact with the persons and us as MEDIATOR and accordingly will conduct CONFERENCES with both parties
11. She assured that taking a membership of Select Shaadi will enable easy and quick process to achieve the purpose of matrimony.

Later the same was discussed with my family member and we agreed and made payment of  Rs.13000/- on 22^nd OCTOBER 2020 order id 160335196691 and took the membership, however AFTER BEING  THE MEMBER LEAST OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED SERVICES WAS OFFERED TO US.

Later after being the member there was a very casual response from MRS. ANSARI. Further MRS. SONALI & MR. KRISHNA contacted us regarding the problems/ grievances faced to us. They made assurance to get in touch with dates and time but never bothered to call us on the day and times as decided. They even didn’t not bothered to receive calls made by us or to our SMS messages sent to them ( records available with us). They too just wasted our time and the purpose of being a member of the plan got defeated.

It seems that they WERE JUST INTERESTED TO MAKE FALSE COMMITMENT and have CHEATED us with the membership money. Many a times we insisted to cancel our membership and REFUND the money but they just ignored the same.

This has finally compelled us to move ahead for legal action against them and your kind intervention is this regard is requested.

Therefore the authorities concerned may please interfere into the matter so that the AMOUNT along-with INTEREST and COMPENSATION for the mental harassment that has been faced by  us be refunded. Further we request you to take appropriate action against them for the misconduct and false commitment by which they are raising money from the customers.

Early interference in this regard is requested from your end.
