Text of Complaint by Hiren N Barchha:

Hi. My name is Hiren. I availed 2 SIM Postpaid SIM from one of the customer executive from Airtel in the month of Oct2020. Customer Executive Name Niddhi. Phone No. 9898587929.
Niddhi sent Mr. Jaimin Ph no. of Jaimin 7016057962 to my house for giving 2 postpaid SIM in the month of Oct2020. She said to hand over 600INR; that will be activation charge and which is refundable on your next 3 bills. i.e. 200INR per bill would be refundable. I did gave Mr. Jaimin 600INR and he handed over the 2 SIM to me.
She also mentioned 600INR would be your bill for both the postpaid SIM in total however my last bill was generated 764.28.
I did get -250INR in my 1st bill generated from Airtel. however, -350 I am not sure where did it go. Can someone please help me with the same. I have included both the customer care executive name + phone number in my complaint.
