Respected Sir/Mam
I Mr S.S Behera,I belongs to lower middle class doing a private company job,to secure my family from covid 19, I plan to purchase a family floter health policy,I receved a call from oriental health india on 11sep.2020 about offer in health policy,they sent me policy cover details in mail,then after two days continue talking ,I purchase this policy using my ICICI credit card through Paytm on 12 sept 2020 ,After purchase they did not provide me any policy or nor response my call.
After that From date 15/09/20, I continue mail to paytm to take action on this fraud and recover lost amount Rs 17500,Paytm has block this fake business account,recovered amount.But paytm still did not refund this amount to me.
