Sir i purchased a membership of park royal holidays for 3 years for my holiday. but the never give any type of booking. if you book 45 days prior then they said “not open portal try later and if you made booking within 45 days then they said kindly book your travel 45days prior
last year first on call there agent “parth” Mob no. 7383166728 was told me that if i purchase membership on that day they confirm my booking but after purchase the denied.
They always do to there customer. after that i saw on social site there are many customer complaint review there

True these are fraud people, never trust them. If someone is staying in Gujrat a FIR should be registered against such fraud people.
Yes they are fraud people. I have facing similar issue. Before membership, They had given me all assurance to provide resorts but after joining the membership, No one from company is responding. Local Gujarat people must lodge FIR against them. My member ID is 13292.
