Received a call from +919002128892. He introduced himself from Meesho lucky draw department and had complete details of my recent order from Meesho App. He informed that I have won a Maruti Dezire car so as an option I could either have that car delivered to my address or get the equivalent amount transferred to my bank account. However, he asked me to complete a registration formality by depositing Rs. 2,999/- and submit a copy of my Aadhar. I asked him to initiate transfer of the equivalent amount after deducting the registration amount and his behaviour changed. This seems completely fake and the only serious concern is how my order details along with my personal details are leaked from Meesho App.
