Amazon is running a fraud this is the third time I have ordered an item from Amazon and when I try to return it and get the refund in my bank account Amazon doesn’t allow consumers to do so , they force the customer to get a refund in Amazon pay balance and forces the consumer to use that balance for shopping only.
encl : 1.You can see a screenshot where getting the refund back in bank account is disabled.
2.Chat with customer care (a month back)- where they are saying that only cheque gets triggered.
3.Amazon is accepting this is a technical glitch but they are not fixing it.
