My mom wanted to swtich from Airtel and we had requested to port out. After 2 days Airtel customer support has called my mom and requested to send “Cancel” message to proceed further with the request. My Mom unknowingly has send the message and this resulted in cancelling the port options and now we cannot raise port request again for next 48 hours it seems. Such a fraud and manipulation activity from Airtel fraudsters to retain the customers. Don’t they think twice on how this will impact their customer trust and they will anyhow port out in next 2 days? I need this to be escalated at senior leadership level and work with me through ritshshah12@gmail.com so that I can share the contact number and find out that person who has manipulated my mom and cancelled the port. That guy should be thrown out of the job if Airtel cares about the reputation. This kind of fraudsters needs to learn a lesson to respect the job and money that they earn from the company that they work for and represent in this big telecom market.
